Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund purchases. All UK orders must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns without proof of purchase.
All returns of children's clothing must be returned in a brand-new condition and must show no signs of wear. Garment tags must still be attached on all items. Items must be returned in original packaging. Shoes must be in their original undamaged box as it is considered part of their item.
We do not accept items that have been washed incorrectly (please check washing instruction on all garments before handling)
If non qualifying items are returned to us, they will be held by us until payment had been made to have them returned to you.
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on sale items.
We do not offer refunds on items purchased under a payment plan.
If you wish to return your item which has been purchased under a payment plan you must do so within 7 days of collection. A credit note will be issued which will be valid from 1 month from collection of original item and for the price of the item at the time of return.
Refunds
For a full refund, qualifying items must be returned within 10 days of purchase, (excluding items purchased under a payment plan which must be returned within 7 days of collection)
We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note (valid for 1 month from original date of purchase) for any items returned within 14 days of purchase. Any items returned to us beyond this point will not be refunded or exchanged.
Shipping
Delivery prices and times are estimate based on parcels averaging up to 2kg.
If your order contains large or heavy items, there may be an additional charge.
All Orders of are despatched on Tuesdays and Fridays, subject to security check clearance
and excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm on Tuesdays and Fridays will be dispatched that same day, any orders placed after 12pm will be despatched next delivery day.
